Sino si Kap?
Kapitan Pakpak Unlimited Chicken Wings was established before the pandemic with their house-blend sauces. Kapitan Pakpak, formerly Rhoss Kitchen, was introduced to the public via online selling with 5 flavors of chicken namely All Gone Garlic Parmesan, Gotcha Sriracha, Oh Boy It’s Honey Soy, Don’t Be Shy Try Thai, Best Ever Salt and Pepper, and other silog meals.
The online market loved their flavors and this encouraged them to start a physical store.
After several months of prayers, market research and planning, last October 1, 2022 the first physical store opened.
Filipinos as we are, the concept of Kapitan Pakpak got its inspiration from our local government unit. Familiar positions from the different departments down to the barangays were utilized as names of the different flavors of the chicken. The store itself was also named as Barangay Manukan, each table as “sitios” and Kapitan Pakpak being the head of it all.

Lahat ng ginagamit naming sangkap para sa lahat ng aming chicken wing flavors ay all-natural. Hindi gumagamit ng daya, o ano mang artificial flavoring- at isa ito sa aming ipinagmamalaki!
